Having trouble getting in? Work through these steps — they solve almost every login problem.
1. Use your email, not a username
88bookings signs you in with your email address and password. There is no separate username.
2. Check for typos and spaces
Make sure there's no trailing space in your email, and that Caps Lock is off for your password.
3. Reset your password
Forgotten it? Use the 'Forgot password' link on the login page. We'll email you a reset link. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
4. Right login page
- Clients and shop owners sign in at the main site login page.
- The separate admin area is only for 88bookings staff — a normal account can't sign in there.
5. Account locked or email not recognised
If the site says your email isn't recognised, you may have signed up with a different address. Try any alternate emails, or contact us and we'll look it up.
